THAI COCONUT, BROCCOLI AND CORIANDER SOUP 500ml R60
All things Thai Green Curry! A blend of green curry, broccoli, coconut, milk and coriander.

Broccoli, Thai Green Curry Paste, Coriander, Coconut, Coconut Milk, Baby Spinach, Soya Sauce. 

The Meaty One:
MOROCCAN HARIRA 500ml R80

Harira,my wonderful Moroccan friend Dina’s recipe. Pronounced Ha-ree- rah, it is a medley of slow cooked lamb with wonderful sweet spices of cinnamon and ginger. This soup is like a meal with the traditional combination of chickpeas, lentils and brown rice.

Lamb, Onions, Celery, Garlic, Ginger, Spices, Tomatoes, Lentils, Brown Rice, Fresh Herbs, Lemon

Salads:

THE SUPER GREEN SALAD with BEETROOT HUMMUS and HOMEMADE DUKKAH 

Green Tabbouli, Fresh and Zingy with white quinoa and farm fresh greens, edamame, pea shoots, micro herbs. sprouts, feta, crunchy Egyptian Dukkah, Beetroot Hummus  R70

Meals:

BEEF, TOMATO AND CHORIZO STEW 500g R80

Tender minced free-range beef combine with farm fresh vegetables, homemade beef stock, cooked slowly with red wine and thyme until tender, rich and flavoursome. Wonderful topped with Creamy Polenta.

Fridge:

Homemade Almond Milk 1l (enough for one week) R40

I prefer Almond Milk over milk on my granola. I was appalled to read the label of the woolies and wellness warehouse almond milk!

Woolworths: Water, Almond paste (2%), Thickener, Tri-calcium phosphate, Sea salt, Stabilisers, Emulsifier.
Wellness Warehouse: Water, almonds (2%), mineral (calcium carbonate), sea salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), stabiliser (gellan gum), flavouring, vitamins (a, d and e). (All ingredients are of non-animal origin)

Homemade Salsa Verde – 1 Jar R30

A wonderful mixture of fresh herbs, anchovies and capers. A wonderful topping on almost everything! Baked sweet potatoes with salsa verde and lots of pecorino – yummy!

Pantry:

Pina Colada Granola – 250g R80

My Grain Free Pina Colada Granola is made using only nuts and seeds making it wheat and gluten free. It is also free from any refined sugars. The notes of coconut, nuts and dates make it tastes like sunshine on a plate! Wonderful topping to fruit and yogurt -(serving suggestion is 40g per serving)
