‘MY LITTLE FRENCH KITCHEN’ PUMPKIN SOUP with a topping of CONFIT ONIONS and TOASTED SEEDS 500ml R70

A comforting soup to take on the winter days…

Salads:

Salade Niçoise – R80

A French bistro staple, this provençal salad combines fresh seared tuna, olives, cucumber, green beans, anchovies, free- range eggs and other farm fresh vegetables for a filling and protein-rich meal.

Meals:

FRENCH FARMHOUSE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 500g R80

French Classic with chicken, bacon, mushrooms, white wine, creme fraiche and chicken stock and topped with fragrant tarragon.

POTATO DAUPHINOISE – a square tray (enough for 4) R60

Like the french do with cream, creme fraiche, onions and fresh thyme. Creamy decadence that would go lovely with the Chicken Casserole

Pantry:

Fennel and Orange Pickle – a delight served with whole fish, wrapped in foil and baked or with a mozzarella salad 375ml R40
fennel, chillies, vinegar, sugar, orange, mustard seed

Carrot and Citrus Chutney – delicious with any indian inspired dishes or simply on a baked potato. 250ml R40
onions, carrots, ginger, lime zest, orange zest, vinegar, sugar, thyme

Chocolate Marble Cake – just what we need on a cold winters day with a steaming cup of tea! Small loaf – R50

Pina Colada Granola – 250g R80

My Grain Free Pina Colada Granola is made using only nuts and seeds making it wheat and gluten free. It is also free from any refined sugars. The notes of coconut, nuts and dates make it tastes like sunshine on a plate! Wonderful topping to fruit and yogurt -(serving suggestion is 40g per serving)
