Come travel the world in search of flavour, in this jam packed workshop where we will be exploring different curries from across the globe.
I will be showing & discussing

- all about the base – how to cook the perfect curry base
- how to make fresh curry pastes
- speedy & slow (no fuss) curries
- breads
- wonderful sides
- pickles & chutneys
Taking inspiration from past travels, expect a good mix of interesting tasting curries, accompaniments and flatbreads while giving you lots of kitchen and cooking tips.
Sit back and relax in this demo only workshop and together we will taste, cook and chat all things food and flavour.

A very relaxed evening – novice and new cooks are all welcome.

Please note you can’t use your purchased ticket for a future workshop; your ticket is valid for the workshop purchased only, as numbers are limited (and to avoid odd numbers in the kitchen when cooking in teams of 2’s).
