What can be easier? Chocolate chip cookies in 15 minutes with our handmade freezer rolled ‘loaf’. You simply pre-heat the oven to 180c, take the loaf out of the freezer, slice, place on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and bake till light brown. Leave on a wire rack to cool down (about 5min) and enjoy! I loathe baking ‘chocolate’ – it’s not chocolate! We use Lindt milk or dark chocolate in our choc chip cookies.

Each loaf will bake about 10/12 small cookies (depending on how thick you slice them)
