My go to dough, I always have a batch in the freezer. I make sure my dough rises for at least 24 hours making the gluten a lot more tummy friendly. The dough needs a gentle thaw in the fridge before use. This versatile dough is perfect for pizzas, flatbread, garlic breads even a perfect naan.
