Miso Magic: Ever wondered what miso is? It’s a traditional Japanese seasoning made by fermenting soybeans with salt and koji (a type of fungus). The result is a thick paste with a unique, savory taste. But it’s not just about the flavour – miso brings a range of health benefits. Packed with probiotics, it can support gut health and digestion. Plus, it’s a good source of essential minerals like manganese and zinc.

Ginger Zing: Combined with the zesty kick of ginger, this dressing adds depth to your dishes. Ginger not only amps up the flavour but also boasts anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It’s a powerhouse root that adds a little spice to your meals and a lot of goodness to your health.
Toasted Sesame Crunch: And let’s not forget the toasted sesame seeds! Sprinkled in for a delightful crunch, these seeds bring a nutty undertone to the dressing. Rich in healthy fats and antioxidants, they’re not just for texture – they’re a wholesome addition to your plate.
Versatile and Easy: Whether you’re dressing up a salad or giving a stir-fry a flavour boost, this Ginger & Miso Dressing is your go-to. Keep it in the fridge for a quick and tasty addition to any meal.
